The AOD 500 PF is a robust and efficient 2" air-operated diaphragm pump engineered for medium-to-high flow industrial applications. It is ideal for chemical processing, effluent and wastewater transfer, paint and ink circulation, food and pharma intermediates, and general fluid handling across diverse industries. Built for durability and corrosion resistance, it performs reliably even with aggressive, abrasive, viscous, or particulate-laden fluids.
This model is available in both metallic and non-metallic constructions, enabling users to choose the ideal configuration based on their chemical and process requirements. The Non-Metallic (PP) variant is available with diaphragm and NRV/ball combinations in TT, NN, and NT, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosive and reactive chemicals. The Metallic variants—available in Stainless Steel (SS) and Aluminium Teflon-Coated (ATT)—offer diaphragm and ball configurations in TT, BB, NN, and NT, providing superior structural strength and compatibility for demanding industrial fluids.
