PFA/FEP Butterfly Valves

PFA/FEP Lined Butterfly Valves offer excellent corrosion resistance for handling aggressive chemicals, ensuring tight shutoff and smooth flow control in chemical process systems.

PFA/FEP Butterfly Valves

Overview

Product Overview

PFA/FEP Lined Butterfly Valves are engineered for use in highly corrosive applications where metal valves fail due to chemical attack. These valves are internally lined with PFA or FEP fluoropolymer material, offering excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and other aggressive media.
The valve’s disc is fully encapsulated with PFA/FEP to prevent contact between the process fluid and metal parts. Their compact, lightweight design and bubble-tight sealing make them ideal for flow control and on/off applications in industries like chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment.
Available in wafer and lug-type designs, these valves can be operated manually or with pneumatic/electric actuators.
