Progressive Cavity Flow Without Turbulence or Pulsation
The single helical rotor rotates eccentrically within a double-helical elastomer stator, creating moving sealed cavities from suction to discharge. This produces a continuous, non-turbulent volumetric flow proportional to pump rotational speed.
Self-Priming with High Suction Lift
Capable of achieving up to 8.5 meters water column suction lift under proper installation.
Abrasive & Solids Tolerant
Easily conveys liquids containing up to 45% suspended fibrous or abrasive solids without clogging.
Reversible Directional Flow
Bi-directional rotation allows pipe clearing and forward/reverse line transfer.
Engineered Rotor-Stator Geometry
Precision hard chrome, ceramic coated, or SS316 rotors paired with oil-resistant NBR, EPDM, Hypalon, or Viton stators.
Standard Transfer
Direct inline suction for wastewater sludge, oils, resins, paints, and chemicals.
Wide-Throat Hopper
Equipped with internal auger screw for dewatered filter cake, paste, and semi-solids.
